SAM (Shepparton Art Museum)

Bangerang Cultural Centre
The centre was developed and is managed by the Aboriginal communities across Australia and houses an important collection of artifacts and artworks also by Aboriginal communities across Australia. Open Mon – Friday or by appointment.
The Shepparton Heritage Centre
The Museum is based around Shepparton’s Public Hall, built in 1873 and now the oldest standing building in Shepparton. The resource centre comprises of a Heritage Cottage, a four gallery Musuem and an Archive; all within a Historic Precinct that was the hub of old Shepparton. Here the Riverboat Wharf of 1880 still stands. Open every day excluding Sunday.
